Throwaway account so if I don't deliver I can't be held accountable :)
This is just an idea rn, but it's an idea I've been working on for years. Mods have made Skyrim great, but there is more we can do!
The purpose of this project is to;
-create a fun, immersive RPG experience that makes me feel like a mix between Kylo Ren and Kratos (especially killing gods)
-create a bigger and better Skyrim experience, that feels both more realistic and fantastical, that feels like a mix between Mount & Blade and a FromSoftware title
- create a more realistic experience that brings in-depth scientific theory and knowledge into design philosophy. Weather patterns, Animal migration patterns, historical, economic and political patterns, etc. Why do all animals "attack" instead of hunt? Why doesn't cloud coverage protect vampires from the sun and weaken a werewolves connection with the moon? Why don't wolf packs migrate throughout their territory? Why does everyone have a sword but not a single person has a spear? Where is the politcal diversity and moral ambiguity? Where are the wagons transporting goods everywhere, keeping the economies afloat?
-create a lore-friendly experience that is deeper than what Vanilla offers. A world that moves beyond the Dovahkiin as a character and even the player. A game that acts if the player doesnt. A game that reflects the harshness of the games story. Skyrim is simultaneously experiencing a Stormcloak rebellion, a Forsworn insurgency, a flood of refugees from Morrowind, a Dragon Crisis, and a Vampire Crisis, yet I personally felt like Skyrim only told us this rather than showed us. We should see more skirmishes, more refugee camps, more bandits, and even evidence of a movement for acceptance of werewolves and vampires. Wouldn't at least some people in Skyrim be interested in politically recognizing vampires and werewolves, to either protect or oppress them? Where are the villages being massacred by Imperial armies for being loyal to the Stormcloaks, or the Stormcloaks razing villages loyal to the Empire? Why is the player the only who assassinates the Emperor? Where are the riots in Windhelm ghettos? We are led to believe the Civil War in Skyrim is the downtrodden Nords revolting against the oppressive Empire, or that the Stormcloak Rebellion is a treasonous uprising by the racist Stormcloaks, but we don't see the elements in both sides that led to both depictions being true.
-create a DnD like experience out of Skyrim where we can play and develop characters in a living breathing world that embraces complexity. Vanilla Skyrim, while beatiful and great for its time, could feel static and stale. The story had so much urgency that nothing felt urgent. Do I first defeat the world ending vampire threat, the world ending dragon threat, or neither because the Dovahkiin, the Avatar of Akatosh, decides to also become the Listener, the Archmage, the Harbinger, a Nocturnal, or the Champion of Molag Bal, Azura, or some other deity? There becomes a point where its too much. Let each character feel truly special, and less like a copy.
Idk how we are gonna do this but that hasn't stopped the community so far

--Great for Gods, Dragons, other supernatural creatures and large groups of enemies
--Once mastered, automatically activate Dragon Aspect
--Spin the chain to make a whirlwind effect, absorbing Dragon shouts to temporarily buff the blades or Dovahkiin
--OP AF
Shout out to all of the devs working hard on mods like Skyrim Beyond and Skyrim Extended Cut!!! Mod devs have made the Skyrim experience much better, and I hope to build the skills to create what I want out of Skyrim as they have.
